Our teams professionally handle any and all tender requirements ranging from projecting quantities demanded, conducting item tender history reviews to advising and counselling on price bids and preparing and drafting necessary documents for bidding.

Submission & follow-up of Registration

Our trained team of professionals in our branch in Iraq handles the registration dossier preparation and submission and follows up with the health authorities, as well as re-submission of missing documents and/or provide regular updates on the registration status of each product in Iraq. Our team in both headquarter offices and Iraq branches work in parallel to ensure that each product registration dossier contain all the required documents, declarations and certificates and are filed and submitted correctly and completely, they work to ensure that the re-registration process of all the products are also done timely and effeciently. Note: Registration of a pharmaceutical product is valid for 5 years; re-registration will be required thereafter.

Support in preparation of Registration dossiers

Our Regulatory Affairs team offers its expertise for the correct preparation of registration dossiers for the medical products (including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food supplements) and manufacturing sites of each partner. Our team are trained in aiding any client in preparing the registration dossiers for all products, and have successfully completed the registration process for many products for our satisfied partners and clients since the company's formation.

Warehousing and distribution

Large, fully-equipped storage facilities

Spanning an area of over 120,000 square feet, the warehouses we utilize are fully equipped to handle the high temperatures in Iraq especially during the summer time, ensuring the proper storage conditions are met as per international standards. Products are kept at temperatures below 30°C to ensure their safety and stability. In our warehouses, we follow the FIFO (first-in-first-out) policy when handling our products which ensure good practices and avoidance of expirations. High level of hygiene: Our warehouse keepers and managers abide by the standard hygiene regulations, while doing their best to ensure that the warehouse is always clean and organized.

Refrigerated and calibrated vans for goods transport Dara Health Corporate tries its best to ensure the good quality of the products to be maintained throughout the distribution chain from manufacturer to customers, making sure that compliance with regulatory requirements is adopted at all relevant stages including but not limited to distribution, transportation and storage. For immediate deliveries, express vans are provided in order to handle the delivery of those products as fast as possible to their destinations all over the regions of Iraq.
